Both long and short term tenancies in our properties have included companies for start-up companies to prominent established companies – as well as filming and production events which we have either hosted and or sponsored.

One underlying theme is our tenants as partners in the development of a positive direction for the neighbourhoods in which we invest. As our partners, they also have the vision to participate in the commitment we all make to our communities.
